I offer one more idea how to prepare home-made raspberry brandy.

Ingredients:
1 kilograms raspberry
450 grams sugar
40 grams honey
1 table-spoon of lemon juice
750 grams vodka

Dried ripe raspberry berries wash with cold water. Sugar every raspberry layer putting a small spoon of honey in each layer. Close up the bottle with clean gauze and put it in the sun. Time to time you should shake up the bottle. When the raspberry melts sugar, add a table-spoon of lemon juice and vodka.

If you catch cold you should drink raspberry brandy with hot tea. You can also use raspberry brandy as preventive.
