Summary of the idea/dream: There is a simple way to feel nice during the day - get up early in the morning!
I guess you noticed more than once, that your mood depends on the time you get up. At weekends, when there is a splendid opportunity to sleep long oftentimes we get up with heavy head and gloomy mood. Whereas at workdays, when you have to get up early in the morning, the mood is, as a rule, cheerful, you feel young, fresh and confident. So, it's not for nothing! Coz it's already proved that our psychic state, our piece of mind in many respects is determined by the time of awakening.
