Summary of the idea/dream: Quick and yummy pizza!

If you don't have time to cook something or just don't want to waste lots of time I have one idea how to prepare quick and yummy dish.
You'll need for pastry 1 glass kefir, 1 glass flour, 0.5 teaspoon baking powder, 1 egg and vegetable oil. And for the stuffing: cabbage, carrot, onion, spices and cheese.
Chop cabbage and onion, grate carrot. Stew vegetables in vegetable oil, salt, pepper and add some spices. Place this mixture in the baking form.
To prepare the pastry combine in a large bowl 1 glass kefir with 1 glass flour, add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and baking powder.
Pour the pastry over the vegetable mass, sprinkle with the grated cheese. If you want you can add mayonnaise or ketchup on the top. Put into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Please note that all the point of this recipe that the stuffing is at the bottom. By the way you can use everything that you have in your fridge for the stuffing. ;)
