Summary of the idea/dream: Make your ration diverse! Prepare Armenian vegetarian dish "pumpkin with lentil" It's very unusual and tastes nice!
I like to taste dishes of different countries and cultures, so I have at least one recipe of all large countries. Now I would like to share with you the recipe of Armenian cuisine -it's vegetarian dish "pumpkin with lentil".
To cook it take: 140 g pumpkin, 30 g lentil, 15 g onion, 20 g melted butter, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, 100g fermented milk.
Cut pumpkin in pieces of about 10 g, put them in pan, add a little water, lentil, butter, salt and passed onion. Stew it all till readiness, stirring periodically. Serve with fermented milk.
