Summary of the idea/dream: The recipe of pudding with meat and eggplants which, in combination with your cooking skills, should be wonderful!!
Recently I went on a visit to my new friend. We had nice time, speaking, joking and then he treated me to a nice dish which I really liked! (By the way the fact that he can cook so deliciously played a very important role for me).
I asked him the recipe and if you are interested, I am ready to share it with you! The dish is called "pudding from meat and eggplants". To make it, take the following ingredients:
- 4 pieces eggplants
- 500 g force-meat
- 2 pieces onion
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- parsley, salt, ground black and red pepper to your taste.
Cut onion finely, fry over with vegetable oil, mix with force-meat, dress with tomato pasta, ground pepper, salt. Add chopped parsley, pour 1/3 glass water and again mix thoroughly.
Slice eggplants or marrows, salt them, roll in flour and fry from both sides. Fill oiled baking tray or frying pan with layers of force-meat and fried eggplant slices. The lower and upper layers should be meat. Sprinkle the pudding with oil or
