There are many psychological tests allowing a person to learn his/her individual psychological traits: intellectual, cognitive, social, learning and numerous other abilities and characteristics. There are paper and computer-based questionnaires, inventory that one can use and check on one's own and test programs calculating results and drawing conclusions automatically, on-line and off-line ones.
My valuable idea is establishing a brand new service for cellular phones by constructing special servers that would send reliable psychological questionnaire forms to cell-phone users upon their request, then calculate the results automatically and anonymously and send them back to phone subscribers.
For some psychoanalytic personal questionnaires this service would add practical self-improvement tips to conclusions sent.
Any cellular service corporation can make big money on such a service.
PS: Specific social surveys could also be conducted via cellulars.
