Dear Dreamscaters, do you believe that if repeating something constantly, you begin to believe it? It's true! Of course, at first your brain doesnt's perceive the sense of words you pronounce, but later it inevitably happens...
So, my idea is to use this methods in all possible situations. The assertion can be of both kinds - that what you want to get at once and that what you want to get in some future. I will give you two exapmles how to use this method.
Imagine that you had some quarrel with your chief or friend, you are angry, agitated and want to calm down. Instead of trying to calm down and relax, simply speak to yourself "I am calm and relaxed", "I am calm and relaxed", "I am calm and relaxed"...
