Hey, it seems to me that I know how to get money for poverty reduction!
Every country must include a separate entry in their year budget - entry for poverty reduction. And impose a new tax on population to collect money for this entry. Tax must be constant and not too high. For example, 1 cent per month. is that a huge sum? but if it is imposed on every country and to every person, what will be the sum gained every month!
whether to impose such a tax on people living in poverty or not, shall be decided separately. and how this money would be spend - also. I do not think that simply giving it to poor people is a solution. they may be spent for a good education of poor, which they in no way can afford. this will give them future opportunities.
