During the off-season our body is weak, it rebuilds and its protective functions are also weak. That is why it is very important to strengthen your immunity in this period. In fact, it's not a real problem. You can do it with pleasure!

For example, you can eat more fruits containing vitamins. To enrich the organism with the vitamin C you should eat lemon, kiwi, mandarins, and grapefruits. Sounds tempting, yeah?

And if you eat a simple salad made of white cabbage or green pepper with tomatoes and sunflower-seed oil, your organism will get vitamins C, E and will be enriched with potassium. It will certainly strengthen the immunity!

In spring you should eat more products containing antioxidants. It can be fish and seafood. They are rich in such vitamins as В12, D, and В2, which help to cope with stress, improve eye-sight and are good for the heart.

Of course, if you are ill, it's better to visit a doctor, but if you are healthy, but feel unwell you can cope
