Summary of the idea/dream: Delicious pineapple cake would fit very well your New Year's board...

New Year is coming and we begin to think where and how to celebrate it, what to wear and of course what to cook. I'd like to suggest you a nice recipe of pineapple cake, which is not so difficult, but very delicious!
To cook it you will need: 1) ingredients for cream: 135g of fresh or canned pineapples, 20g of lemon juice, 400g of whipped cream, 100g of sugar powder, 15g of gelatine (you should preliminarily put it in water), 20g of pineapple liquor; 2) dough: 6 egg yolks, 70g of sugar, 80g of flour, 25g of butter (melted), 1 little packet of vanilla.
Mix egg yolks with sugar, heat the mixture up to 40 degrees, then whip it into foam. Add butter, flour, vanilla; thoroughly mix it until nubbins disappearing. Pour this dough into a baking cup and bake for 15 minutes in oven, heated up till 180 degrees. Prepare cream - mix grinded pineapples, sugar powder, lemon juice, gelatine, whipped cream and liquor.
