Many people experience a problem of parking the car somewhere near their house, because it takes too much of space. And space is always scarce.
So I have an idea of vertical parking lot for the private cars. The car would be positioned there, then elevated, and adjusted to the wall of the building vertically, alongside the wall. This method of parking would a bit increase the useful space around your house!
