I'd like to give you a recipe of kozinaks - sweets from the East.
Be sure- if you try them once, you'll always make them!

Take 500 g honey, 100 g sugar, and 500 g walnuts.

Boil honey and sugar, and then cut walnuts and add them to the mixture.
Boil it for 15 min more. When kozinak is still hot take it out and put on the dish moistened with water. Cool it. Warm the dish slightly and cut kozinak.

Now everything is ready for tea-drinking!
