Summary of the idea/dream: Oriental Belly Dance is the best way to improve your health and shape.
Persian Gulf dances, Alexandrine style dances which involve different cultures, or Egypt Gypsies dances. Oriental dances are many-sided. Moreover belly dances are very healthy.

My idea is that all the women to go in for oriental dance. They allow to improve flexibility of your backbone, improve digestion, during belly dance you massage all your internal. You will train all your muscles because all the muscles work. As a whole grace and plasticity improves. If you have pain in your backbone or woman's sickness, oriental dance will treat you.
