say, "how can I think of anything when I'm starving?" Plan your meals before you indulge yourself in the next eating. This way you'll be able to eat what you prepared yourself for.
And seriously, we should train ourselves in our food cravings and be active even when we spend the whole day sitting at desk or driving a truck. Once the results of your multiple self-training become evident, you'll be one way closer to success.
I would advice people not only those facing fat problems but also people who stand one step away from it to be more picky in their food choice and physical activity. Overload or undernourishing may also damage our major systems and thus bring more harm than use.
