Summary of the idea/dream: Taste the national dish of Kyrgyztan and Kazakhstan!
I am not so long at this site and just recently I took notice that we are able here to share recipes of national cuisine! So, I want to tell you about national dish of Kyrgyzs and Kazakhs. It's called beshbarmak. If translated into English it means five fingers, coz usually it's eaten by hands.
Of course I don't call you upon to eating it by hands, but I strongly recommend you to taste it! This dish is very nourishing and delicious!
So, take the following ingredients for its preparing:
500 g fat mutton
2 glasses flour
2-3 eggs
0,5 glass water or milk
1-2 onion bulbs
Salt, spices to your taste.
Put mutton into a pan and boil till readiness. 15 minutes before the end of boiling add salt and spices. After taking out the meat should be cut. Filter half of the broth into another pan.
While meat is boiling, prepare unleavened dough, roll it out thin and cut in rhombuses of 4-5 sm. Take the meat out of the boiling broth and put the dough pieces into it. Boil for 5-7 minutes.
