My first post here is about idea to hold a New Year celebration party in ancient Vikings style. Well, first of all the welcome side is the Vikings dressed up in ancient clothes. Walls must be decorated with historic weapon - swords, pole-axes, gun shields. Food and drinks have to show the best correlation with Vikings' period. So you have to prepare heated beer which guests should drink from wooden cups and bovine horns. The party presenter should sit on a throne. There should be Celtic music played at the party, historic dancing and fights with swords. The party presenter and his close soldiers hold games and competitions of ancient Vikings.
