Mobile phones more and more acquire general popularity and usage alongside with widely favored SMS. SMS are cheaper than talk by the phone and tariffs are periodically decreased that promotes SMS popularity in itself.
And though mobile phone is not in the list of luxuries nowadays, usual stationary phones are still the basic vehicle for communication.

So my idea is to create a special device, so that it would be possible to send SMS to usual home phone or any phone operated by local telecommunication station right from one's mobile phone and thus there will be no extra necessity to call home using mobile that is rather expensive but only to send short message. I'm not able to cover the technical details yet, but probably there should be a special block built into to receive the message.
