Summary of the idea/dream: This cool idea adds up to my friend's similar one.
As I promised I'll tell you how to bake green quiche, another French dessert which I like the best.
Here are the necessary components and my instructions for you.
Dough: 250 g of flour, 125 g of butter, 1 egg, a pinch of salt, 3 tbsp of white dry wine.
Filling: 800 g of fresh spinach, 150 g of ewe cheese "feta", 2 onions, 3 garlic bulbs, 1 tbsp of oil, 50 g of olives without pits, 2 eggs, 100 ml of milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Knead smooth dough from flour, butter, salt, wine and an egg, enfold it in plastic and put in a cold place for 30 minutes. Sort out the spinach; wash it out and blanche in salty boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Then rinse it in cold water and squeeze. Peel garlic and onions, cut the onions into small cubic pieces and press garlic. Warm up oil on a frying pan, fry onions to make it transparent, add garlic and spinach. Mix it and stew for 2 minutes. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put cheese on a dish, mash it with a fork, mix with eggs and milk, add salt
