Mother's Day is coming up... Mother's Day is celebrated on the second Sunday in May. This year the date is May 14. A particular cake was Mother's Day symbol that had been given to mother as a sign of respect. I don't know its recipe but today I'm here to offer you some other cakes recipe. Even if you live in another country you may also give pleasure to your mother on this special day. And you won't even have to bake this walnut honey cakes! Let's start. You will need:

300 g hulled walnuts, 150 g honey, 150 g milk, 150 g sugar, 250 g white dried crusts, 30 g cocoa, ½ dried orange peel.

Add the honey to the grinded kernels of the walnuts and dilute with the milk and sugar, then mix the ground white dried crusts. For flavor add the dried orange peel or some vanilla powder. Shape small balls from the paste and roll them in the cocoa with sugar. Leave in the cold for 2 hours and then serve the table.
