Briefly resuming my previous post here, there the scientific evidence was provided that plants, sugar-free food is the healthiest, and that nutritional care leads to your good health and long lifespan! In this article I want to share some special cooking receipts, which are basically perfect examples of the most proper healthy food, tasty, nutritious and health-giving 
First of all you should find a natural and efficient sugar substitute not possessing the negative physiological effect sugar has.
Other natural bio-active food additions decreasing the intensivity of oxidation processes are also ok, but it's preferable to take the food naturally containing these healthy substances I'm going to list in my next post.
