New Year holidays had passed and soon there will be new holidays and spring of course. I think that it's better to think about your shape today and be slim in spring then to think how to get in shape in three days. I have one idea how to get in shape for 1 month, so if you begin tomorrow, you will be in perfect shape by the beginning of spring 
Here you should alternate menu A with menu B
First week:
Breakfast: Variant A. Glass of warm milk with 1 teaspoon honey, stale croissant.
Variant B. cup of tea, piece of rye bread, sprinkled with parsley.
Lunch: Variant A. Glass of tea, 2 pieces rye bread, thinly smeared with butter and two lettuce leaves.
Variant B. Glass of kefir, stale bread, 10-12 radishes with salt.
Dinner: Variant A. Boiled fish with horse-radish, 2-3 potatoes, sprinkled with parsley and dill, green salad with lemon juice and olive oil.
Variant B. Thick vegetable soup with green peas, piece of lean beef, 2-3
