My previous article was about simple products helping improve memory. I wondered about the reasons leading to memory impairment. Here's what I've found out.
Memory can be trained just as muscles. The progress depends on regular exercises. Unfortunately, memory impairment occurs not only in the old age. Smoking, stresses, overfatigue, head injuries, some drugs intake (especially anesthetics and soporifics) as well as infections, metabolic disturbance and vitamin starvation impairs one of the most important brain functions.
Forget your forgetfulness.
Such ailments as cerebral atherosclerosis, intoxications, etc. can weaken memory. It's a clinical case. If the reasons of your forgetfulness are fatigue and chronic stress, then you should correct your way of living. It's necessary to walk in the open air (‘cause brain vessels need oxygen), sleep not less than 8 hours, go in for sports, and avoid stresses.
