Summary of the idea/dream: Read these memory improving ideas in addition to my previous article "Smart Food Ideas".
Recently when reading one popular magazine I came across the article titled: "What to eat in order to remember everything and how to choose the best food for memory". Here are 4 ideas for your memory.
1) Unsaturated fats (contained in fish, vegetable oil, nuts, seeds) are health-giving. While animals fats (dark meat, butter, margarine) should be restricted because they block up brain vessels with cholesterol.
2) Vitamins A and E (carrot, fish oil) are essentials for brain cells lipometabolism.
3) Iron (meat, dried fruits), magnesium (peanut, bananas), zinc (seeds, seafoods) are the most important minerals.
4) B-group vitamins are more important than others. Their intake with food should be daily. You can find these vitamins in bran, pluck, nuts, cereals, low fat meat and milk.
As you see the products are available to all. So don't put off till tomorrow what you can do today!
