I'm just crazy about a delicious and juicy mango and I can eat them all the time. So I want to suggest you some mango tips ;)
When buying a mango, make sure it has a tropical fruity aroma as green mangoes have no aroma at all. Ripe mangoes colored in a combination of raspberry, orange and green shades, while other varieties are golden yellow or green.
To prepare a mango, first you need to slice both ends from a mango to determine where the seed is located. Peel the skin from a mango with a sharp knife or peeler. In order to cut the fleshy cheeks from each side of mango, cut it in half lengthwise along the flat edge of the center seed. Then cut again on the opposite side of the fruit - this gives you two oval-shaped cut halves - "cheeks". Trim around mango, following the curvature of the stone, to remove the remaining flesh, you can do it easily by cutting end to end on one side, then repeating on the opposite side. When finished you have the seed, two cheeks and two thinner
