Dear ladies, Valentine's Day is coming up and, no doubt, all of us want to look gorgeous at it! But how it's sad when we cannot put on a favorite dress just because we gained weight…
So, I'd like to offer you a good diet, that will help you lose weight up to 10 kg for a week!
1st day: 1 bottle of mineral mater is divided into 6 or 4 intakes.
2nd day: 0,8 liter of milk should be drunk during the day, at 20-21 o'clock - one apple.
3rd day: 1 bottle of mineral water during the day.
4th day: Vegetable salad (1 liter jar): cabbage, carrot, all possible greens and 1 table spoon of vegetable oil. Divide it into 3 parts. You can also drink 2 glasses of water or tea without sugar.
5th day: 0,8 liter of milk during the day.
6th day: breakfast: boiled egg, 0,5 cup of tea. Lunch: a glass of broth from potato, cabbage, carrot, any vegetables. Dinner: 100 g of beef + 100 g of tinned green peas. Afternoon snack, supper and 9 o'clock PM: an apple.
