Summary of the idea/dream: I have a very useful advice on how to boost your vitamin E level and therefore lift your mood
A three-martini lunch might improve your outlook, but here's a more practical solution: Alpha-tocopherol, also known as vitamin E, has been linked to improve moods. In an Australian study this year, people with lower blood level of E were more likely to be depressed than those with higher levels. So I advice to eat more pine nuts, red pepper, tomatoes, and tomato paste that help raise it. And here's a recipe containing all of the following ingredients that help boost your vitamin E level.
• 1c baby spinach, chopped
• 1 c Romaine lettuce, chopped
• 1/3 c garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
• 2 Tbsp pine nuts
• 2 Tbsp slices roasted red pepper
• 1/3 c grape tomatoes, halved
• 1 strip of precooked microwavable bacon, diced
