Hello site! I want to introduce here the tips concerning underwater diving I elaborated during my 20 year practical training.
Well, the summer is coming and most of us will have to relax and escape from heat in the nearest ponds while some will go far to the seaside for vacations. Surely underwater diving is one of the best thing you can perform in water! But in essense there are very few guys who can do it well. Now I'll list here some tips using which underwater diving will becme your passion for the whole life!
1) Get flippers, mask, put them on. Enter water till belt and train yourself by sitting down to get accustomed to water temperature and tune the breath.
2) Reach out your hands and try to dive where the bottom is not deep.Try to perform that as if you a fish, a dolphin - plastically.
In fact, water diving is good for figure plastics and bones. Try to cover possibly more distance underwater.
