Summary of the idea/dream: Very delicious dish for any holiday!
Soon is my birthday and I really didn't know what to prepare until my friend Lisa gave me a very interesting idea. The recipe she shared with me is very original and I think this dish gonna taste wonderfully.
You'll need 400 gram white beans, salt, black pepper, 2 kg lamb, 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1.5 liter lamb's bouillon, 2 bunches parsley, 1 bunch mint, 4 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons finely chopped leaves thyme and rosemary, lemon peel, 125 ml. olive oil and 500 gram tomatoes.
Soak white beans in a water for one night. Then pour out the water and boil beans in salted water on low heat about 40 minutes. Finely chop leaves of parsley and mint. Peel and cut in half garlic cloves. Put thyme, mint, rosemary, garlic, lemon peel and olive oil in blender and make a puree. Cut lamb into long slices and smear them all with the mixture of spices, salt and pepper the slices. Heat olive oil in the brazier and fry meat there. Then add there beans and pour lamb bouillon. Cook on low
