I've read heaps of posts here about cooking, but failed to find about proper washing and keeping kitchen ware. So, I decided to share some tips about it with you! Hope you will find the information of such kind useful! ;)) So:
• Aluminum plates and dishes will be shining, if when washing you will add into water several drops of liquid ammonia.
• Chine plates and dishes shouldn't be washed with too hot water, not to spoil the pattern.
• Don't leave knives on hot oven, gas stove or other hot things, they become blunt because of it.
• To get rid of an unpleasant smell of a knife, after cutting some products, it should be wiped by a dry rag with kitchen salt.
• To remove stains from chine plates and dishes, wash them in warm water with a little quantity of liquid ammonia.
• Steady stains from knives and forks are removed with the help of lemon juice.
• To remove stains of burnt milk, fill a pan with water, add 2-3 spoons soda and boil for several minutes. Then wash them up.
