Summary of the idea/dream: Try this diet and lose almost 10 kilograms!
I have one idea of really effective diet, I tried it and I lost 8 kilograms by the end of 13th day. You can eat anything you want on 14th day but reasonably. This diet will change your metabolism. And you will not gain weight for 3 years! But you should do physical exercise and massage while keeping this diet.
Monday
Breakfast: black coffee without sugar
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 1 tomato and green salad.
Supper: big beefsteak, fried in some vegetable oil.
Tuesday
Breakfast: black coffee without sugar and cracker
Dinner: big beefsteak, fried in some vegetable oil with green salad and tomato.
Supper: portion of soup
Wednesday
Breakfast: black coffee without sugar and cracker
Dinner: big beefsteak, fried in some vegetable oil with green salad.
Supper: 2 boiled eggs and 2 slices of low fat ham.
Thursday
Breakfast: black coffee without sugar and cracker
Dinner: 1 egg, 1 carrot, cheese
Supper: fruit salad, glass of kefir.
Monday
Breakfast: black coffee without sugar
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 1 tomato and green salad.
