Summary of the idea/dream: The earlier you get up, the better it is for your organism
Hibernation time is over, now it's spring!

If you want to be sprightly and brisk every day, then you should learn to plan your morning. Count "one, two, and tree" and get up.

If it is too difficult for you to wake up early in the mornings, I advise you to start your day with morning exercises, which you can do even in bed.

Imagine that you are cycling on a bike and make similar leg movements.
Then turn your neck slightly from one side to another.
Now it's time to go take contrast sprays; it cheers you up.
Finish with light breakfast of fruit and vegetable salad.

Drink a glass of citrus juice or a cup of green tea and feel the energy inside!
