Summary of the idea/dream: Grill and barbecue recipes
The spring has come, and now you can cook outdoors, make grills and barbecues.
I always wondered all the devices people develop to cook grills. Last year I visited friends and was shocked- they have a kind of special small "house" for it! The world will never stop surprising me…
Now I would like to tell you the recipe of the grill we made that day. It was a beefsteak.
You should take beefsteaks of non-freeze beef with 1 or 1, 5 cm thick, roll them in rusks, salt, and a ground mixture of black, red, white pepper and allspice. Sprinkle it with oil and cognac ant put on the barbecue. Close it with a lit and cook . Turn the meat over from time to time with a shovel and tongs.
