Summary of the idea/dream: Use my simple, but at the same time, cool ideas to change your life for the better!
All of us strive to make their life exciting, interesting, full of bright events which we could remember in future. But in spite of all our pain our life looks like dull and monotonous row of routine events! Am I right? If you answered "yes", I won't say "good for you" coz it's absolutely wrong! I will explain why: Everything depends on your attitude to life and if you see you life this way, it's terrible… Work out and develop positive attitude to your life! In my turn I will give you several ideas what you should make as necessary "program" to make your life more pleasant:
Be moderate in food
Do not lie too long in the morning
Early walks before breakfast are specially useful
Show active interest in that what is happening around you and generally in the world
Take medicines as less as possible
Strive not to be dependant on anybody
Don't smoke
Drink liquid, esp. fresh water as mush as possible
You should have interesting, exciting liking/hobby
Eat an apple or banana a
