Today I would like to share with you the health-giving ideas. They are clear as noonday. There is one great proverb: Early to bed and early to rise makes you happy, wealthy and wise. Here are twenty tables what you should do and what you shouldn't to be young for many years:
1) Eat not much but often;
2) Try to eat fish more often;
3) Drink more water;
4) Hike as much as possible;
5) Go in for sports;
6) Take the air;
7) Sleep within reasonable limits;
8) Laugh and travel more;
9) Try to be beautiful even if you are old;
10) Love the life in all its displays.
You shouldn't do:
1) Be stuffed;
2) Take alcoholic drinks and smoke;
3) Be at home all day long;
4) Watch TV for hours;
5) Give yourself up the dark thoughts and be sulky with people;
6) Dress gloomily;
7) Lose your sense of humor;
8) Scold the young people;
9) Be afraid of the new;
10) Keep your feelings.
As proof of these tables I can point to my grandpa who has been following them all his life. Now he is
