I had holidays last summer. My friends and I tried to spend every minute on the beach enjoying the sun and warm water. It was cool, really.
Every day we saw a matron, lying on the beach and swimming. I think, she was 55-60. One day she settled close to us and we got to talking. She told us about her life, children and so on. Also she said she had a bronchial asthma. I was surprised when I had learned, she was 78!!! Yes - 78. I asked her about the secret of youth. She gave an advice - NEVER BE NERVOUS AND GET COLD.
Actually it's a good advice. Our life is full of joy and grief, it's difficult but try to follow this advice.
