So, to prepare these cookies you need to take: 180 g ready sweet short pastry; for the curd layer - 40 g butter, 50 g vanilla sugar, 2 yolks, 2 tbsp flour, 1/2 lemon peel, 230 g curd; for the icing - 1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp butter, 1 egg, sugar powder.
Thinly roll the short pastry and put on the baking sheet smeared with the butter. Put it into the fridge.
Mix butter with sugar, add there whisked yolks, flour, lemon peel and curd. Put this mass above the short pastry. To prepare the icing, whisk egg with sugar, add all other ingredients. Put the icing above the curd layer. Bake in the preheated oven about 1 hour. Cut into pieces and sprinkle with sugar powder.
