falling apart.. Stick fork in roast and lift with net.. Place in bowl or on plate.. Pour 1/2 cup approx. or less of broth into cup (will need in a minute). Pour remaining broth through collander and do what you want with it.. Be sure to save as many onions and as much celantro as you can.. Cut net from around roast, remove, leaving roast to cool awhile.. Got something else to do now.
SAUCE: (old family recipe, hidden for years)
1/2 bottle Hunts Honey Bbq sauce.
1/2 bottle Hunts Hot Bbq sauce.
Mix these two ingredients in a bowl or empty half from one bottle and pour half of that bottle into bottle you just emptied. Shake or stir until well mixed..
Back to the roast: If it is cool enough to handle tear into small pieces, being careful to follow grain of roast.. This will make thin stringlike pieces as opposed to chunks or slices.. You now have an empty pot as you tear return to pot.. When entire roast is torn, add secret recipe sauce LOL..OH wait I have some broth too. Get
