My new idea is creating on-line indexes for all newborn kids.
Could be used for gathering complete demographic statistics.
The parents should simply visit an Internet page (like allnewborns.com) on the day when their child is born and fill in a simple blank: First and Middle names, Surname, Location, Weight, Height.
This way an individual internet index would be created for each new person born.

however so far it can be used only in well-developed countries.
