If you learn a foreign language, here are my ideas how to do it easier.

Firstly, I offer you to buy a book in your native language and the same book in a foreign language which you are learning and trying to improve. Every day read 10 pages from this book. If you don't understand something from the book in a foreign language, you can read it in your native language. I have already tried this method and it works.

Secondly, I advise you never to write new words into your copy-book. Try to memorize all of them.
