Step by step until you're blind from a monitor… Such is our office life: sitting at the computer for 8 hours a day. And if in addition you spend all nights long surfing the net after your workday, and watching TV for hours or reading books avidly, then your sight will start failing very soon. You can reduce tension resorting to the help of the special eye exercises and diet. While working at the computer you should make a 5 minutes break for doing gymnastics every one and a half hour.
1) During 10-15 seconds look narrowly at some point in the distance (it should be green), then quickly shift your gaze to an approximate object.
2) During one minute look at a tip of your nose.
3) Close your eyes tightly, then open them quickly, look up and down (keep your head fixed).
4) Blink for some seconds.
Your diet should be rich in vitamins A, C, E and zinc. Bilberry is a good way for good eyesight. Nowadays we often suffer from stress situations at work. To calm your nerves eat fish
