Summary of the idea/dream: Ideas How Long We Need Sleep
There are so many ideas concerning sleeping continuance. It isn't too difficult to count that everyone sleeps one third of their life. Before people didn't worry about it. But in our time it is accepted as wastefulness. It is said about those people who loose a good chance that they miss their good luck by sleeping. So, many people begin to think whether they are able to outwit the nature and increase life activity at the expense of sleeping.

Many people from the US and the Western Europe suffer because of insomnia. They feel bad because of lack of sleeping. So, the question is how long we should sleep to be healthy and feel freshly.

According to the specialists' opinion there is no standard concerning sleeping. Everyone should sleep as much as he needs. E.g. Napoleon slept for 4-5 hours per day and it was enough for him. Einstein slept for 12 hours or more. Some people need 14 hours or more. But the shortest period is 5 hours per day. You
