I read on DreamSCat that many women advice to cook fish for Valentine's romantic dinner as it's more light meal and you will be able to have long nigh of love after such dinner. Well, I agree with them. Once when I was dating with my husband, I decided to cook Pompano with Garlic. You know, it's amazingly tasty dish, we were satiated and at the same time we didn't have a feeling that we eat a lot. We had very hot and passionate night. I recommend you this dish, you won't regret! 
You will need: 1 fish (about 1.2 kg), 2 tablespoons lemon juice, salt, 6-8 garlic cloves, 8 fresh pepperonis, 60 gram butter, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 4 dried chili peppers, ground pepper.
