Almost everybody likes wine! But a high-quality wine is rather exspensive, isn't it?! So, I want to offer you recipe of home made one! IMHO it's very delicious and at the same time quite easy to make!
So, you will need:
5 kg grapes
3 kg sugar
12 liters boiled water

Separate grapes (preferably dark sorts, for instance Isabella) from sprigs. Press it by hands or wooden pestle, add sugar and leave it for a week. After the period filter the wine through gauze and pour into bottles.
