The cookie will take only 45 min to be ready. The following ingredients are needed:

1 egg
125 g flour
125 g ground almonds
150 g butter
60 g sugar
a pinch of salt
1 pack of vanilla sugar
100 g red jelly
2-3 table-spoons of powdered sugar

Separate egg whites from yolks. You should make dough from flour, almond, cooled butter, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and yolks. Put it into the refrigerator.

Then heat the oven to 1750C. Roll out the dough on the floured surface, its width should be ½ cm. Using special form, cut out hearts, 5 cm in diameter. Take a form of smaller size and cut
