Well, first of all, you should know if your enemy has a cell phone. If he has, then you should find out his number. Then connect to Internet and find the site for sms sending. Write something like that: "Dear John, Happy Birthday to You!" Finally, send this message 100 times.

When your enemy receives all of these messages he will probably hit the ceiling and break his phone into pieces!
