Summary of the idea/dream: There are many ways to make yourself happy. We sometimes forget about them or just ignore due to our busy lifestyle. Here are some ways to make yourself happy even if you seem to lose the last hope :)
These are very simple and casual ways that won't cost you big efforts. The point is that we have to put ourselves on positive spin and enjoy little things.

When you opened your eyes in the morning, think of the cup of coffee waiting for you. Coffee is favorable for the brain cortex especially after an early awakening. In winter evening try to plan your summer vacation in details. Thorough dreaming allows you to live through vacations in your mind and you get the effect like you watched a movie about tropical islands. Planning will help you save some money, because you already know what you want and how you want.

Go to gym early in the morning and don't even think of any excuse to miss it. When working out your brain produces endorphines (happiness hormone) especially when working on a treadmil and stair-master. Instead of making dinner yourself, make a delivery order of suchi in a neighbor restaurant. Buy a teddy bear in a toy store and squeeze it all evening. He is soft and
