Every day we are open to stress, it can wait for us everywhere and thus it is a necessary part of our life. Sometimes its effect can be positive- it trains our organism teaching it to adapt to the conditions. Lifetime directly depends on the ability to fall in line with the life requirements and to stand stress.
Sometimes the organism is too weak to get over the stress and as a result depression and other harmful effects can be caused.
If a person is trained, he can stay in stress conditions not more than 2 months. After this period if the stress is still strong (constant conflicts at home or work, excessive working load, etc.), the person fails to cope with it by his own efforts and the power comes from inner "storage". It becomes dangerous and there is a risk to fall ill. The person loses his energy and interest to life- a sad story, yep?
