Summary of the idea/dream: Don't feel nervous, lead an active way of life and don't abuse soporifics if you want to acquire a healthy sleep.
Is the situation when you cannot fall asleep, however terrifically want to, familiar to you? Tossing and turning you spend half of the night and then, at the day time, feel awful…
To avoid this state there exist some methods and I d' like to share them with you:
1. Go to bed and get up at the same time every day, even at day-offs. Our mind gets used to a certain regime and in some time the problem disappears.
2. Don't feel nervous before going to bed. Don't watch TV, don't read papers, don't quarrel with anybody. Quite the contrary, before going to bed listen to some romantic music or read some pleasant book.
3. Don't make excessive use of soporifics, otherwise your body gets used to them. Take sedatives only in cases of emergency.
4. Count sheep, or constantly rub clean a big window in your mind. Another variant - imagine how you are walking along a path, how you are moving your feet, hands…listening to sound of birds… and in some time this path will turn into a path of
