If you dream to get rid of bad memory concerning your ex-boy(girl)friend, here I will give you a very good advice.

I was in the same situation. When I broke up with my ex-boyfriend I couldn't get rid of remembrances about him. In my mind I always returned to him, reminded all the moments which we shared with each other.. I suffer much because of it and didn't know how to get rid of this obsession.

Then a friend of mine gave me a very good advice which helped me. She said that she was at the same situation and the only thing helped her to get rid of bad memory. She said me to throw away (or give to somebody) all of his gifts, burn up all of his pictures, cards and letters. I couldn't make up my mind to do it. But that day when I decided to do it and got rid of all his gifts, pics, cards and letters, I got a great release.
