Summary of the idea/dream: Be creative! Fruit Soup is the thing you miss in your daily menu. A masterpiece in 25 minutes!
Right now it is a season of ripe fruits and vegetables. I like fruits and try to eat them as often as possible. As you know it is very health-giving.. I have a new idea.. I offer you to try a fruit soup.
Ingredients for 4 portions:
Cream 35% fattiness - 2 glasses
Soft apricot - 500 gram
Water - 2 glasses
Milk - 1 liter
Pounded Cracker - 3 table-spoons
1 Raw yolk of egg
Sugar - 100 gram
Pounded walnut - 2 table-spoons
Vanillin
Salt
Wash apricots, remove pits. Half part of apricots boil in milk mixed with water. When apricots make soft, start to cook syrup. Mix 50 gram of sugar, crackers and vanillin. Mix syrup and apricots, boil them, stirring slowly. Cool everything.
Sieve syrup, add the rest of apricots. Beat up yolk of egg with sugar and salt, add to soup. Warm up, but don't boil it. Cool it.
Fry walnut, whip cream.
Eat soup cooled, add walnut and put whipped cream.
The time of cooking: about 25 minutes.
